Stewart Short Associates was founded in 1989. Over the years Stewart has been involved in many companies in a host of industries such as; Footwear, Textiles, Leather, Food, Engineering, Plastics, Packaging, Horticutural, Composites, Furniture etc. 
Stewart uses his expertise to increase productivty often in the region of 20-30% combined with a reduction in costs. Using work study techniques to set standards to increase productivity, often inconjunction with incentives schemes to maximise performance of work. Applying lean techniques to establish efficient working practices. 
Stewart has and will always strongly believe in forming a working relationship with both management and workforce. These relationships have brought the company business, much from word of mouth and recommendations.
